Working hard on this after finishing several olimpic- and half-ironman distance triathlons. Long-distance swimming training following their programs here is great. Meanwhile, attending (and finishing ) races like la Perico, Larra Larrau, Clásica de la Sierra Norte or Clásica de los Lagos, dreaming of the Haute Route or the master la Marmotte. In winter, cycling indoor is boring but The Sufferfest really helps a lot. Not-quite-fast runner, but finisher in several 10Ks, half-marathons and 2 marathons (so far).

To follow the cycling season - Steephill is my choice
